Start a Remote Support Session
Users with a service contract can get online support by clicking the button below. We make use of TeamViewer.
- Call Logiware using your support telephone number.
- Start the support program that will allow Logiware to view your screen by clicking the link below.
- If you get a warning, press "RUN" to start the program.
- When the program starts, it will show a 9 or 10 digit code, you have to tell the supporter this number.
- After this you can get online support. When you close the session, nothing is installed on your computer and there is no longer remote access to the PC.
