Start a Remote Support Session

Users with a service contract can get online support by clicking the button below. We make use of TeamViewer.

Procedure:

  1. Call Logiware using your support telephone number.
  2. Start the support program that will allow Logiware to view your screen by clicking the link below.
  3. If you get a warning, press "RUN" to start the program.
  4. When the program starts, it will show a 9 or 10 digit code, you have to tell the supporter this number.
  5. After this you can get online support. When you close the session, nothing is installed on your computer and there is no longer remote access to the PC.
